International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply in some countries. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the package.

Returns

Refund Eligibility:
Unused DNA kits can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Once a DNA kit has been used for sample collection, it is non-refundable due to the nature of genetic testing services.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support team at info@futuragenomics.com to request a return.
Once your return is approved, send the unused kit back to our designated address.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned kit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Services:
Completed DNA analysis services and digital reports are non-refundable, as these involve irreversible data processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
