  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the kit is dispatched.

  • Local (South Africa): 3-5 business days.

  • International: 7-15 business days, depending on your region and local customs policies.

International Shipping:

Returns and Refunds Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Unused and unopened DNA kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Kits that have been used for sample collection are non-refundable, as genetic testing services commence upon receipt of the sample.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@futuragenomics.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Ship the kit back to our processing center using the provided return label.

  3. Upon receipt and verification of the return, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Processed DNA analysis reports (due to the irreversible nature of genomic sequencing).

  • Expedited shipping fees.
