2. How does the process work?
Upon placing an order, we will dispatch a DNA collection kit to your registered address. The kit contains step-by-step instructions for collecting a buccal swab sample in a non-invasive manner. Once collected, the sample should be securely packed using the pre-labelled return packaging and sent to our accredited laboratory for sequencing. Our proprietary algorithms then analyze the genetic data, and a comprehensive report is generated. Customers can securely access their reports through our encrypted online portal within 4-6 weeks. The entire process adheres to ethical guidelines and international standards, including the Human Tissue Act and the National Health Act.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Unused and unopened DNA kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Kits that have been used for sample collection are non-refundable, as genetic testing services commence upon receipt of the sample.
Return Process:

Ship the kit back to our processing centre using the provided return label.
Upon receipt and verification of the return, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
